Dr. Sulabh Shroff is a Las Vegas native who is proud to serve the community he grew up in. His journey into pediatric dentistry was shaped by his desire to create positive, lasting experiences for children in a healthcare setting. After completing his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, he continued his training with a General Practice Residency followed by a specialized pediatric residency, where he also served as chief resident. His dedication to the field extends beyond clinical care, his research on behavioral techniques has been published in the Pediatric Dentistry journal, reflecting his commitment to improving the patient experience for children.

With over a decade of experience in dentistry, Dr. Shroff focuses on making each visit enjoyable and stress-free. He understands that early dental experiences can shape a child’s lifelong perception of care, so he prioritizes patience, encouragement, and clear communication. His approach is centered on helping children feel safe, supported, and even excited about taking care of their smiles.

Outside of the office, Dr. Shroff values time spent with his family. He enjoys being with his wife, their two sons, and their dog, Cosmo, making the most of everyday moments together.

Bo Kwok is a Seattle native with deep family roots in Hong Kong. From a young age, she enjoyed exploring the outdoors in the evergreen Pacific Northwest and engaging in hands-on activities like playing piano and crafting art projects. Her passion for helping children feel comfortable at the dentist began with her own childhood experiences, which transformed over time into a desire to make dental visits positive and anxiety-free for others.

Bo’s journey into pediatric dentistry was shaped by her experiences volunteering at Harborview Medical Center and Seattle Children’s Hospital, where she developed a strong interest in preventative care. This passion led her to pursue dental school at Roseman University in Utah, where she played a key role in outreach programs like Give Kids a Smile. After dental school, Dr. Bo completed her residency with NYU Langone Health in San Diego, focusing on serving children with special healthcare needs.

As a pediatric dentist, Dr. Bo brings her “big kid at heart” personality to Cadence Kids. She’s known for her approachable and fun-loving nature, creating a welcoming environment where kids can feel at ease. Every day, she finds joy in making at least one child smile, whether through a playful interaction or a comforting word. Dr. Bo’s dedication to her young patients and her commitment to fostering positive dental experiences make him a valued member of the Cadence Kids Dental & Orthodontics team.

Outside of the office, Dr. Bo is a food enthusiast who loves experimenting with new recipes and exploring different cuisines. She also enjoys spending quiet evenings with a good book and her cat by her side. An avid reader and lover of animated films, Dr. Bo is always looking for new ways to bring a little extra joy into her life and the lives of those around her.
